Create Your Account

Sign up

1. Go to convoy-tech.com and click Sign Up.
2. Create your account using your email address or a social login (Google, GitHub).
3. Verify your email if prompted.

Create a workspace

After signing in, you need to create a workspace (organization) to start deploying applications. A workspace is an isolated environment where your apps, billing, and monitoring are scoped.

1. Click the workspace switcher in the sidebar.
2. Select Create Organization and give your workspace a name.
3. Convoy Cloud provisions your workspace automatically — this creates an isolated environment with its own namespace, per-app limits, monitoring dashboards, and billing.

The provisioning process takes about 30 seconds. The status progresses through:

• Creating — initializing your workspace
• Provisioning — setting up your isolated namespace and Grafana organization
• Active — ready to use

If provisioning does not complete within a few minutes, click Retry Provisioning on the Workspace page.

Welcome credits

Your first workspace receives €1.50 in welcome credits, applied automatically to your invoices. You can start deploying without adding a payment method.
